Lyndsay Jardine

Lyndsay Jardine is a recent addition to Wagners with litigation practice experience at all levels of court in Nova Scotia, and before the New Brunswick Court of Queen’s Bench. In addition, Lyndsay has represented her clients’ interests before various administrative boards and tribunals.

She will focus primarily on assisting victims of negligence and will be devoting most of her time to the area of personal injury litigation including car accident injuries, municipal/premise liability and slip and fall injuries.

Lyndsay will also be representing plaintiffs in provincial and national class actions involving product liability, privacy breaches, pharmaceuticals, defective medical devices, institutional abuse and environmental contamination.
